Oneness by the LakeCHAPTER 8
Yeshua and Miriam travel to Lake Gennesaret, north of Tiberius,
where Yeshua wishes to introduce Miriam to some fishermen. But first,
they stay for two days and three nights at the vacation villa of
Miriam’s family at Magdala so they can have some private time together
before Yeshua begins his ministry. It is during this time that Yeshua
teaches Miriam many of the secrets of Celestine Light that she did not
previously know.
1
And it came to pass that Yeshua and Miriam left Nazareth and journeyed
east toward Lake Gennesaret.
2
As they neared the lake, Yeshua said unto her, “There are some special
men I want you to meet who live on the north shore. They are fishermen
whom I have known since the days of my youth when I would come here to
fast and pray and meditate. I have had long conversations of depth with
them and desire to know your perceptions.”
3
“If they are fishermen, then I may already know of them,” Miriam
answered. “Many a moon, I have spent in my family’s villa on the shore
of Lake Gennesaret, and I know of several of the fishermen who sell to
our procurers. What are the names of the men?”
4
“There are two sets of brothers,” Yeshua answered. “Cephas and Amram and
Ya’akov and Yohhanan.”
5
Miriam laughed and answered, “I know Cephas well: big, loud, and always
complaining that he does not get paid enough for his fish. He did not
come that often to Tiberius to sell his fish, but he is noticeable even
if you only see him once.
6
Amram I do not recall by his name, but I will likely recognize him when
I see his face if he fishes with Cephas. Ya’akov and Yohhanan are likely
the same men that are the sons of Zebedee, who is also a fish procurer,
so he knows my father.”
7
Yeshua smiled warmly, saying, “I think you know the men, and I tell you
that they are more than fishermen. They have deep souls and humble
hearts.”
8
As they neared the shore, Yeshua desired to sleep away from any
settlements, on the hills overlooking the lake, but Miriam demurred,
saying, “We know that we are now beginning to walk a road that shall
bring great challenges to us. Before the persecutions begin, let us stay
at my family’s villa, which is so near, that we might have just a few
precious days of peace and nights all to ourselves in comfort such as we
may never know again.”
9
Yeshua embraced Miriam and held her for a long time, saying, “That would
be easy to agree to, Miriam, for I love you with all of my heart and
desire your happiness. But if I preach that people should live frugally
and give their excess to help others in greater need, but then am seen
to reside in the vacation house of a rich man, would I not then be a
hypocrite and my teachings unworthy of attention?”
10
Miriam was weeping gently now on Yeshua’s shoulder and said in a soft
voice, “My Lord, you have stayed in my parents’ house in Bethany, and it
is far grander than the small villa at the lake. Even as then, you are
not staying in a house of your own, but are a guest in the house of
another, so there is no hypocrisy.
11
Nevertheless, I know that you have dedicated every one of your remaining
days to teaching the Celestine Light and that even the appearance of
hypocrisy would take on its substance in the wicked minds of men so that
even this innocent but precious wish could be painted with a different
face by those opposed to your words.”
12
Yeshua wiped the tears from Miriam’s eyes, asking, “This is something
you truly wish?”
13
Miriam nodded her head in assent, saying, “I do not fear what is to
come. I take joy in what you are bringing to the world.
14
But I also know I may never again have time alone with just you and me,
without the antagonisms of the world bearing down upon us or others such
as your fishermen desiring your time. Can we not stay there at least one
night and have this moment just for the two of us?”
15
Yeshua looked at Miriam in tenderness, saying, “Not one night, Miriam,
for it would not be enough to fill our cup. You have spoken true. Let us
stay three nights that our love will ever be one. We will fast and
meditate together. We will greet the Sun in the morning and bridge the
Earth and the heavens.
16
But before I fulfill my vow to teach the Celestine Light all my days yet
upon the Earth, I will teach you the mysteries that few others in this
world will ever know.”
17
And it came to pass that late in the afternoon, Yeshua and Miriam came
upon the villa, north of Tiberius, and remained there for two days and
three nights, spending time with no others, but holding every moment
unto themselves.
18
And Yeshua taught Miriam many mysteries of Celestine Light that she knew
not, nor did anyone until then. And she discovered the full potential of
the powers of light, which she had not previously supposed were possible
for any but the Elohim.
19
Those secrets cannot be written or spoken to the world, only given by
those who have received them unto those who have proven worthy and
unfailing, then called by Elohim to have the greater light. 20 By the last night, and from that time forward, Miriam was more than she had been, for she had a greater light and understanding. Nor could any man reproach her or overcome her, for she had the glory of Elohim in her countenance and the powers of Celestine Light in her words and deeds.
